Hi everyone! I finally got my panel wired up and ready to go and ran into this problem right when I started to heat my mash water. Ran an autotun last night and everything worked great. I'm not really sure what's going on?

Looks like bad input from the temp sensor. Do you have a thermocouple or PT100 temp probe? Loose connections anywhere in the temp probe signal path can disrupt temp readings.

I've got a PT100.. Everything seems to be secure with no loose connections.

Disconnect the temp probe. Measure between the ends of the same color leads. You should measure ~0 ohms. Then measure between each of the same color leads and the odd colored lead. Both measurements should be ~100 ohms, and exactly equal. If you don't get these readings, then you have a problem with the temp probe.

Looks like there might be a loose connection in the probe itself. I've had it happen once, since the probe is sealed I had to throw it away and buy a new one. :(
