SWMBO here met my renewed interest in brewing with the mother of all eye rolls. But today I scored a minor point with her. She enjoys seltzer water as her n/a drink of choice, so since my keg of ESB kicked the other day, I filled it with water and put it on 25psi of CO2. Now she has some appreciation for the kegerator! I think whenever there's an open tap I'll just keep soda water on it.

Consider an extra keg, gas tank and regulator. I set mine at 30 psi and it's at (basement) room temperature. I have a second tank carbing when serving from the first so we always have some ready to go.
