Does anyone know if there is such a thing on the market?

I'm looking to convert what I already have into electric, so I'm looking for essentially a threaded heating element. Something I can just thread into an existing 3/4 thread I have on my keggle. My other hopes is to find one that's 1500 volts so I can just use a standard 3 prong plug.

Thanks

I assume you mean 1500 Watts... not volts. I don't think this exists... the element has to fit through the hole, and 3/4 inch hole seems to small for any element I've seen on the market. That's why 1.5" TC ports are usually used. I believe the threaded elements on brew hardware are 1" thread, and the hole required is 1.25". Then you still have to build an enclosure on the other side.

A weldless 1.5" TC port is not too hard to install and I would suggest it's the simplest solution... You'll need a 40mm hole saw and a good drill. The 3/4" hole you already have could potentially be used for the temperature probe.
