Looking for anyone who has brewed the Switchback Ale recipe in the new Brew Your Own Big Book of Homebrewing? It's a great beer from Burlington, VT.

Batch Size: 5.0 gal
OG: 1.046
FG: 1.008
Estimated Color: 13 SRM
Estimated IBU: 30 IBU
Brewhouse Efficiency: (Not sure what BYO uses)
Boil Time: 60 Minutes

Ingredients:
8.0 lb 2-Row Pale Malt
1.0 lb Carastan malt (34L)
10 oz Light Carastan malt (14L)
2 oz Black malt (530L)

0.5 oz Simcoe pellet hops - 12.8 % (60 min) 6.4 AAU
0.25 oz Sterling pellet hops - 6.7% (5 Min) 1.7 AAU
0.25 oz Vanguard pellet hops - 4.5% (5 min) 1.1 AAU
0.25 oz Saaz pellet hops - 4.3% (5 min) 1.1 AAU

0.5 tsp Irish Moss (30 min)
0.5 tsp yeast nutrient (15 Min)

Yeast: California Ale (White Labs #WLP001)

Mash at 154F.

Ferment at 68F
