I scored me a few switches for my future control panel. Allen Bradley 800t-j2. They came with mounted 800t-xa contactor blocks.
My plan is to use the 3 postion on/off/on switch to allow power to only one 5500w element at a time. My understanding was - use selector switch to control 240v contactor with 120v coil. But looking at these specs:
http://www.ab.com/en/epub/catalogs/12768/229240/229244/2531083/Specifications.html
It appears the contactor block that came with switch can handle the load. Or am I reading this wrong? Trying to figure out if I need to buy contactors for switching these elements or not.
Thanks
