Does anyone know what it is? The extract potential of sweet potatos?

According to Wikipedia there are 20 g of carbohydrates in 100 g of sweet potato (so about 1/5 the carbohydrates of sugar which is ~1.045). So that puts sweet potatoes ~1.009 pppg (and assume you won't get all of that unless you are boiling them until they fall apart and then pureeing them in the boil liquid).
