Let's say I'm sitting on a full keg ready to go and am a little burned out on what I'm currently serving. I swap out the half empty keg or the full one. Is the half empty keg going to taste terrible after I remove it for a few weeks and then put it back in the kegerator when I have room (after draining another keg)?

Not at all. The whole cold-warm-cold as a cause off-flavors is a myth and won't harm your beer at all. Carry on!

As long as you leave it under pressure, it will be fine. I think the reason this question comes up so much is because of people's experience with commercial kegs for parties. Usually the keg is pressurized with a hand pump... drawing in normal air. The beer tastes like crap 2 days later because you force oxidized the **** out of it!!! That won't occur with a co2 system.

At least that's what makes sense to me...
