I got a great package from Hawgwild81 yesterday. Sorry for the delay in posting. I've been under the weather all week and been in bed by 8:30 each day. He sent some great looking stuff that I've never heard of. I've only heard of Prairie and none of the others. They all sound tasty. I did sample one shortly after it arrived because it was cold enough out of the box. It was excellent. Nothing was frozen so that was good.

My box went out yesterday and Fed Ex estimates it'll hit the Golden State on Thursday. Sorry for the weather delays, but it has been absurdly cold here the last two weeks.

Drink everything fresh but the Russian river IF you need to age something
One is a sour and the other is a golden strong ale.

Yeah I'm gonna agree with this. Everything is pretty good to go. Even the drakes imperial stout (which you could technically age a bit) is really good fresh. But you could also age the almanac if you want to. Definitely drink the homebrews soon, they're a few months old, but have held up really well. I think the black IPA is better now than it was fresh!
