Do you need to keep the temperature in the 60's the entire time its in the primary or just while its actively fermenting?

It's most important during active fermentation... I maintain temps until fermentation slows, then let it warm up to ~68 or so until the krausen drops, then I let it sit at room temp. Check this out.
