Survey for all-grain brewers

I'm an all-grain brewer who moved to China two years ago. I thought I would have to give up brewing when I moved here, but after I got settled in, I started brewing more than when I was back in the US. With my experience brewing abroad, I've come to see that some things are easier here and some things are harder. It's more difficult to get quality hops and yeast, but the grain and most of the equipment here is cheaper.

So this gave me an idea. There are some stainless steel coolers that you can get here. So I'm currently looking into modifying those coolers to make a fully stainless steel mash tun. (See an idea of what I mean here: http://imgur.com/oX90s8a,7EEZXAP#1) But in order to make the best product I can, I need some more feedback from the all-grain homebrewer community.

Hopefully I can get a prototype built in the next few weeks. Ideally, I will be shipping a container over in two or three months, which means they could become available for sale late Winter/early Spring.
