So I brewed a barleywine a little over a year ago and it has been in the carboy ever since. I have not yet measured the FG but I know from previous readings it's going to be a big boy. My question is what bottling methods do you recommend? I haven't bottled in a while and I'm pretty confident that just priming sugar wont provide the necessary carb to this. I searched the forum but found so many different suggestions for so many different types of beer. Any tips/advice would be much appreciated! Thanks.
