My first batch. It is drinkable. Been over 3 weeks in the bottle now. It definetly cuts the dust - got a wicked hoppy twang and aftertaste, with just a hint of banana and soap. Its got the color of bathwater that you just washed your pet monkey in who was out digging and rolling in your hop garden. I have some comments from some guinea pig drinkers. My main beer friend..."not bad"....my non-drinking wife...it tastes like everything I don't like about beer".
I have a sixer going into work for an after hours tasting. One guy is very experienced home-brewer, one guy is sarcastic to the core...but all these guys are pretty serious about real beer - not one is a BMC drinker. Should be good.
