So I accidentally left a sealed bottle of LME and zip lock bag of steeping grains (crushed) from NB Nut Brown Kit out on the table in direct sunlight for a couple weeks. Yeast and hops are in the fridge. Any bad effects from lme and steeping grains being left out?

I think you are ok. I think it is the hops that are affected by the sunlight. Someone else can confirm.

I say brew! I would probably just brew anyway and not worry.

Yeah you will be fine. Even if the hops were left out, it's only the isomerized hop acids from the boil process that are affected from sunlight.

Sounds good. I wasn't all too worried, just curious if I should expect anything. Brew away I shall! :mug:
