I cannot find a clone either for this particular beer, but I found some info on the possible malts, hops and yeast: https://www.ratebeer.com/beer/summit-india-style-black-ale/478359/

I would try ( being the only thing you can do ) to make a recipe and see how it goes. The yeast could be https://www.whitelabs.com/yeast-bank/wlp037-yorkshire-square-ale-yeast or http://www.wyeastlab.com/yeast-strain/west-yorkshire-ale

Malt bill:

79% Pale
7% Flaked Wheat
7% Crystal 90L
7% Blend between Midnigh Wheat/Chocolate Wheat and Roasted ( Pearl ) Barley to get you arouns 35 SRM.

Hops are Denali and Equinox and they mention some pine. Maybe mix some Simcoe and/OR Chinook or maybe Eureka ( piney and fruitty ).

IBUs : if you tasted the beer, you should have an idea how many.

Mash low at 149F.

I know it's not the answer you were looking for, as you probably thought of it yourself, but IF I were to clone a beer, I would give it a few tries. You never know...you might end up with a beer better than the one your are seeking a clone for.
