So still kind of new to brewing but I have made 5 batches already. Some were great others were not so much but all in all I've made some good beer. I have started biab an have made the summer citrus wheat that is on the forums here. I loved it but now I want to change up the recipe a little to make a mango wheat. I did some research and I found out about the citra hop and how it was described. Sounded great for what I was going for so I'm going to add them as a late addition to my boil
So what I want to know is if the amount of hops being added will enough to add favors that we're described as mango and also aroma? Also I was going to keep the orange peel additions. Would this be a good idea or will it not work well with the mango?
I've never done any fresh fruit addition to my beer and need some incite on the process. I did some research and I'm going to add 7 pounds of fruit to my secondary and let it sit for about 3 days on the fruit. I read that more fruit favors will be present of less of the fruit sugars are fermented out. Before it is added I sanitize all utensils used and the outside of the fruit with sanstar before cutting then place in a freezer to be frozen.

.25oz sweet orange peel
.25oz bitter orange peel
.38 cascade. 60min
.25 citra 15min
.25 citra 5min
