Tasting Notes
Bready malt, earthy, herbal and floral notes. Slightly sweet and esters.
After Hopback's Summer Lightning won Champion Beer of Britain in the late 1980’s British Golden Ales became a thing.

There are several clones found of this beer if you search. But the recipes have clear similarities.

Mash 149 °F 60 min
Mash Out 161 °F 15 min
Sparge slowly 172 °F (at least 20 min)
