I make wines and ginger beers, for the most part. I will start making beer this coming weekend, or Monday next week.

I have 2 1.5L bottles, 4 750ml bottles, and a few other odds and ends on a shelf in the laundry room. Stays nice and cool in there. I am pretty much out of space, though.

Can anyone make some suggestions on where else I can store finished and bottled brews? The garage is not temperature/climate controlled, and so that would not be a good place for them, I don't think. Not sure where else they can go, really.

oldskewl - believe me, if I had a basement, I'd be loving life. I live in South Hampton Roads in Virginia - no basements here. :)

I could dig a hole and bury them, maybe? ;)

I keep some beer in my kitchen cupboards. temp ranges from 70F winter to 76F summer. Bottles condition quicker and up to 8 months the beer is still very good or better than when fresh. I do bottle higher abv beers and keg the lighter/hoppier ones btw.
