I brewed a batch a couple of weeks ago. I can't remember for the life of me where I got it from. I forgot to put the dry hop schedule in Beersmith and now I can't find the recipe. I would like to dry hop it but I'm unsure what would be a good fit.

Here's the recipe (5 gallon batch):

4 lbs 10 oz 2-row
4 lbs Maris Otter
12 oz Crystal 40
4 oz Carapils

Mashed at 152.

1 oz Summit @ 60 min
1 oz Cascade @ 15 min
1 oz Cascade @ 5 min
2 oz Cascade @ 1 min

Fermented at 17.8* C with WLP002. OG was 1.049. I racked about 5.1 gallons into the fermentor.

Hops I have on hand:

Fuggle
Kent Golding
Nelson Sauvin
Warrior
Chinook
Citra
Centennial
Simcoe
Columbus
Crystal
Summit
Willamette
Horizon
Nugget

Open to suggestions. Thanks!

any of the C's you will be find, I would safe the Nelson.

I would also say Citra/Simcoe on this one. I would think 1.5 oz of each would do the job and not over power it.

1 oz each of Columbus, Centennial, and Simcoe. Do it.
