So i've read different things from different people, so i'm hoping to get some more clear answers here...

I purchased some organic apple juice from my local Sunflower market and added some yeast and booster that was recommended at the Homebrew shop in my area. It sat in the primary for maybe 4 weeks, and has now been in the secondary for about 7 weeks.

I'm thinking it's probably time to bottle, and i'm wondering: should i add sugar like you do with beer?

Thoughts?

I've never made a cider but I imagine you would if you want your cider to be carbonated.
