I made a sweet stout that should be ready to drink tomorrow night. SG was around 1.063, FG came in at about 1.021, which I'm mostly satisfied with. Then I got to thinking......there's a pound of unfermentable sugar in this stuff. Is that going to affect the accuracy of my readings?

If the pound of sugar was in there for your SG then you wouldn't have to worry about it.
