Just came home and pulled a pint of... sedimenty cream ale?

This stuff has been crystal clear the entire time I've been drinking it and now I'm getting floaters and sediment galore.

Only thing I can think of is that I've picked the keg up a few times to try and judge how much I had left. Could lifting it and putting it back stir it up enough to do this?

I guess maybe when it was really full it was harder to move around that much and therefore harder to disturb the sediment?

P.S. this was force carbed, not with priming sugar.

I try not to even touch my kegs, for that reason. Probably getting near the bottom :( and there's less beer to cover up the sediment....

Yeah, it's definitely getting light... I wondered. Must be less beer to sediment ratio. :'(

Yeah I did this last weekend, moved a keg around to make room for another one, pulled a pint and it looked terrible. Give it a day or two at fridge temps and it will settle back down.

So, I pulled a small little sample last night - couple ounces or so... not only was it clear again but I don't know if it was because I'd already been drinking a little or not but I can't believe how much better this Cream Ale is getting.

I have a friend in Colorado until mid-July that likes primarily light beers and I think I'm just going to pull the lines off this keg so I don't drink it all before he gets back.

I almost want to figure out a way to time my pipeline so that I don't break into a keg until the beer's been in there for three weeks or so. But let's get serious, that's probably not realistic. :p
