Well gang, yesterday I ran my first 10k AND brewed my first wort!

Both went smooth and successful. The Witbier brew was incident free, and I feel that all of my equipment was sanitized well. The only thing I think I may have screwed up was the reading of OG. But as long as the beer tastes good and gives me a nice buzz, I'm not going to beat myself up over fudging the gravity readings on my first batch.

My primary is in my bedroom closet. Anyway just wanted to share that I woke up at 4am this morning and heard my first action from the airlock, and the sucker has been bubbling all morning. What a thing of beauty. Here's to hoping the rest of the brewing process goes just as well.

This may seem like a pointless thread but I'm excited, sue me.
