Been awfully quiet there lately... any locals/regulars hear about anything interesting coming down the pipe? I have heard that Domain b2 is in bottles and is currently conditioning. Though, he may pull a Shaun Hill and let it condition for like, 9 months.

Recently got a box of Suarez stuff in a trade and am planning to solo Domain b1 on Christmas Eve since I always drink something special that night in memory of my mom. Counting down the days has been brutal. First taste of Suarez since FOFA.

Domain b1 is magical. One of the best beers I had in 2017, for sure.

Lesson I learned on my third visit to Suarez, never go and personally grab a pretzel to purchase for yourself. I was scolded by the individual for potentially usurping the person who was at the register's potential to buy said pretzel. I was then told I must purchase said pretzel since I touched said pretzel, which I was glad that I was afforded said opportunity after angering the staff to such a degree (also snagging the last "Country Store" mag was a nice incentive during said Pretzel Scolding).

None the less, love the spot and my non-beer nerd buddy thought it was a beautiful brewery/location with great beers.

P.S. Did apologize but said individual at register didn't really care. Also, totally acknowledge I should have waited, but at the time I did not know it was the last pretzel in the basket.

To be fair, if you had known it was the last pretzel, your actions would have been more justifiable. Those fuckers are delicious.

Hm. Birthday party at Suarez? Hmm.
