making my way through the suarez bottle lineup, will feed into the echo chamber and say i really appreciate what theyre doing. embodies what my ideal brewery would make, low abv, very flavorful/nuanced and not just hop explosion, and they can do a variety of styles well. i like that theyre not trying to be the best/loudest but just quietly doing their own thing.
Yeah somehow all the crazy-hoppy stuff I end up drinking doesnt drown this beer out. Still cant get into the lagers, but I could drink Crispy Little on heavy rotation.

Re: Hill comparisons to the Country Beers, I picked up a couple bottles of the honey beer: might drink it next to a bottle of Anna this weekend for self-educational purposes.

Plus, the taproom is fantastic for reasons I can't totally explain. I made my second stop up there last Friday and it was just such a pleasant experience. There is nothing really visually interesting out that big front window - just a quiet route 9 and some farm field - but it's somehow a captivating view.

Anyway. Quickly becoming a favorite.

Yup.

Here now.

Call to Mind is ******* delicious. Can't wait to get into the other new ones as well.

I don't care that this place isn't right around the corner. I love that I can come here, see some dogs, and sit in the windowsill with some quality beer. (Yes, I know I wrote that on my checkin as well.) Wheeeee!

Damn...i really gotta go there.

Are bottles gonna be available this Saturday? If anyone goes tomorrow please post some deets here...thank you kindly.
Normally they post what's available for the week on facebook on Tuesday, haven't done it yet this week for some reason.

I've found that if you message them there or post a question asking what's available Dan or Taylor gets back to you fairly quickly.

Gotta be honest, the new dog-unfriendly policy breaks my heart a little. Not that I've brought my own dog here, but the various dogs wandering around every time I've visited have been part of the general charm.

Same. What am I supposed to do now, watch the children running around?

Okay, innuendobrewskiman63, I think this calls for karaoke, for realzzz or whatever the kids say.

Probably a good policy in the long run. Putting unfamiliar dogs with each other in a crowded environment is only a matter of time before a fight breaks out. Too many dog owners are in denial of their own dogs' ability to play nicely with others...
