Made a couple of these the past few nights...turned out WAY better than I ever expected. Kind of a prototype for "professional" ones down the road.
:D

Made as in iron-on?
Looks good.
Do tell.

As in iron-on.

I bought the sheets at Office Max, they make them for dark and light shirts. I bought some of both. These (above pic) are for light shirts.

I was VERY skeptical at first...but these are pretty high quality. We'll see after a few washings though.

I did an ink-jet iron-on transfer 8-10 years ago and it's still hanging in there ( the shirt is a rag now, but still...) I did a few and found that the longer you left the heat on with the iron and the more patience you had with it, the longer it lasts.

Those look great Dude!

Okay, now those are cool. I wasn't going to do a label but I really like the idea of making a few shirts to just give to people who like my brew. Maybe do a trade with others who make their own.

Looks great Dude! I've done the Iron on's as well and they hold up great after several washings. I love wearing my Naked City work shirts to pubs and fesivals. Everybody wants to know is that a local brewery?, is the beer good?, are you the brewer? Yes, yes and yes! :D

Tips if you do this at home:

1. I got better results on the shirts I DID NOT wash before I applied the transfers.

2. I wasted 2 shirts because I was stupid. If you have already applied a transfer to say, the back of the shirt, make sure when you apply the transfer on the front that you slip the ironing board inside the shirt (just make sure oyu don't re-iron the already applied transfer). Trust me, You don't want a transfer that has been applied to touch heat like that again. It will leave half the transfer on the ironing board.

3. The transfers for "light shirts" work fine on a heather gray shirt.

Be prepared for numerous comments. I wore one of the shirts yesterday and 3 different poeple asked me if it was a real brewery. Of course I said yes. :D

Nice job! They look awesome. And those comments you got while wearing it is some sweet compliment. And your response wasn't even a lie. :rockin:

Okay...I'll admit it. I'd do you wearing that shirt.....

Oh wait...wrong forum...:cross:

Not that there's anything wrong with that....
I'm confused. Who's wearing the shirt?

The workshirts are awesome. I bet it'd look great on a workshirt with blue pinstripes. I'd put a nametag on the pocket or chest area and the smaller logo on the side of the sleeve!

I'll order patches next week.....what should mine say? El Duderino? :D

Oh good, I am glad I saw this thread.....

...my father has custom emroiedered shirts for his boat...he wears them on the boat all the time. (and he has cups, napkins, etc) I thought it was weird, but it looks like it's ok afterall. Cool thing is, he wants 'Club Level' Homebrew for this summer....

Back to the OP, the logos look great, looks like they turned out awesome!
