Hey everyone. So last Sunday I brewed my second batch of beer ever. I found a recipe on this site and slightly modified it. Here's a link to the recipe http://www.brewersfriend.com/homebrew/recipe/view/94965/pecan-porter. The thing is I slightly over boiled and ended up with about 5.6 gallons in the carboy instead of 6 and my og was 1.075 instead of 1.054 like the original recipe stated and I think I also achieved a efficiency of around 85-90% if I'm calculating right. I pitched a 1liter English ale yeast starter and a wyeast American ale 1056 packet which I didn't break the nutrient pack inside of accidentally. The beer has been in the fermenter for 8 days now and It seems the last 2 days my gravity has stayed the same at 1.032, so did I under pitch, is there anything I should do or is it just fine?
