This is my first time brewing a wheat beer and I used Wyeast 1010 and its a very vigorous strain! I had some krausen come out of my airlock this morning and out of 20 plus batches, that has never happened before.

Also, is there supposed to be a sulfur smell? I didn't know if it was typical of the strain and if it will carry over to the beer. :/

Grain bill:
5# 2-row
5# white wheat
.5# honey malt

.5 oz nugget @ 60
1tsp crushed coriander @ 5
1 oz crystal @ flameout

Fermenting @ 68*
