Strawberry wine

Anyone have a good tasting strawberry wine?

Receipe:
-9lbs strawberry
-3-11oz cans of Welch's grape juice
-4 lbs light brown sugar
-5 tsp citric acid
-3tsp yeast nutrient
-3 campden tablets
-pectic enzyme
-1 pack Cote des Blancs wine yeast

This receipe is for 3 to 3 1/2 gallons of wine. Your final O.G will be somewhere around 1.070. If you add an additional 3 cans of grape juice (6 for the entire receipe) and 2 more lbs of sugar (6 lbs for the entire receipe), you will end up with an O.G. of 1.086.

I am making this right now; however, I have not made before, so I don't know how it will turn out.

I'm looking for something that will make around 5-6 gallons and something with a strong strawberry taste, but yours sounds good

I have heard it got nice reviews nothing strong ABV wise so you can kill a bottle in a night and feel bad tomorrow.

You can do meads if your open to using honey.

I'm a big fan of Jack Keller's website and recipes. I've never made strawberry wine, but I wouldn't hesitate to use one of his recipes. They are all proven winners! winemaking: Requested Recipe (Strawberry Wines)

I like the looks of the second one the best. That's the one I'd make, if I had some fresh strawberries!

That is the one I used and listed in my first post. So far so good; however, it has about 8 months to go!
