could you let me know how this one comes out? if you don't mind sharing the recipe if it is good i would like that too! been thinking about making something along these lines.
 
Will do! I've read a lot about adding fruit.. I just tossed it in after boiling, and held it at 165-170 for 20 minutes to kill any beasties. I think it'll be fine.. I just want a subtle fruit aroma.
 
3 days in, and things are starting to calm down a bit.. Had a low OG to begin with 1.047 @ 70 degrees, so I'm sure she'll be done in 7-8 days. I'll let it sit for 2 weeks before bottling, though. I hope the fruit falls to the bottom in that time..
