Anyone know the the right amount of Strawberry Extract to add to a 5 gal batch of Blonde??? I've read anywhere from 0.5tbs to 2.0tbs?? Also anyone ever use McCormick Strawberry Extract?? Thanks!!

I made a Magic Hat #9 clone using about 2 oz. of Brewer's Best apricot extract. Worked well, just depends on how much of the strawberry taste you want in it. I added mine before racking to the secondary and added to taste at that time. I expect strawberry is a stronger, So I would err on the conservative side to start, and just keep adding until the taste seems right to you.
