Strawberry Brew

Hi to all of you,

I was lucky enough to sample Short Brewery's Strawberry "Short's Cake" last summer at the Great Taste of the Midwest. I would like to try to recreate it. Any ideas? I think lactose and "biscuit malts" will be involved, but any suggestions would be welcome. For those who didn't try it, it really did have the taste of a strawberry short cake, but it wasn't really that sweet.

Was that the pink one? I had something on tap that was pink but I can't remember who it was from and whether it was strawberry or cherry. A few hours into the Great Taste and I was useless. Looking forward to it again this year.
