This is my first Mead so go easy on me. Here is what I am looking for.
Besides a decent recipe...
I know, I know, 10 replies, 12 recipes, that's OK.
Something simple
Use fresh local strawberries, lots of flavor
Drinkable by Christmas, 2011
Medium sweetness
Not dry
ABV, don't care
I have a 2 gal Mr Beer, not currently in use, and a 6.5 gal plastic fermenter which would stop my beer pipeline but I am willing to sacrifice.
I would really appreciate your input.
