Hi!
I am here to ask for an advice on
the strange apparence of my scoby.
I started fermenting 22 february with a green tea. I 've done it once already and now i decided to use the "daughter" and the "mother" to have more of it and after 2 weeks the scoby looks different than the first one, there was like no random transparent spots. Is it normal and i can drink it?
