Hi,
Just brewing a light weight stout with some Simcoe dry hop.

Target og was 1.055 but forgot to add the 14% oat...
So my og stopped around 1.047 and probably I'll miss the creaminess and silkiness as well. Too bad.

I've not yet started the boiling and plan to delay it until tomorrow. The question is:
- Should I 'over boil' the batch to have less amount with the original gravity and similar body?
- Should I add some Wheat DME to add some complexity or density to the brew?
- Both / None of the above.

Your opinion is greatly appreciated!

Thanks

why not grap some pale malt and convert your oats before you boil. It should not that much a pound maybe. do a BIAB.

Well, to tell the truth - not sure why - but this option was not considered at all previously.
Thanks, I believe this newbie case has been solved :)
