stout faucets

I did a search for this and cant find any info. What would be the ventmatic or perlick of stout faucets? I saw a couple diffrent faucets some all stainless and some with plastic. What types are some of you using.

The two that I've seen for sale around are a chrome one and then the stainless one with a plastic spout. Probably not much difference between the two but I'm not sure there is a stout faucet that uses similar technology to the Ventmatic/Perlick faucets. I ended up getting the stainless one with plastic spouts, seems well-made and nice but I haven't gotten to use it yet.

The top-end stout faucets feature a knob to vary the resistance. Most of them have a fixed resistance plate.
