I need a 4l starter for my next 10 gallon batch, so I was planning on making a starter, decanting and adding fresh starter wort back in to get the yeast cells that I need.
Is there any reason that I couldn't make a couple gallons of starter wort (enough for my next batch of beer as well as this one) and keep them in a sanitized growler in my refrigerator until I am ready for them?
