I have five star IO star sanitizer and am going to use it to sanitize my equipment. Im going to mix oz with 5 gallons of water in a water cooler. My question is can I just keep the sanitizer mix in the cooler until it is time to bottle and reuse the old mix.

To be 100% sure you need to check the ph, it should be below 3 i believe. Another spot check is if its cloudy, toss it.

I keep a spray bottle full of it and its been fine for about 4 months so far. In your situation i would suggest putting it in a 5gal bucket and snapping on the lid for storing it.

Not an expert, but I believe that IO stands for iodopher, and that iodopher sanitizer does not age well at all. Very well could be wrong, but that is my understanding, and therefore, I wouldn't try to store and reuse it.
