Storing bottles wet, sanitized, and covered?

Is there any reason why I shouldn't give clean bottles a few shakes with StarSan, then immediately cover with aluminum foil and store upside down in a crate in my garage until I'm ready to bottle? Will the StarSan eat the foil?

That is just fine. I'd also recommend giving them a couple of squirts with star san in a spray bottle before filling them.
