Hey All -

Hoping this won't end up being an expensive lesson in impulse control.

Picked up some grains from my LHBS. Ran them through the mill. Didn't think about the fact that everything I have that I could ferment it in is currently occupied.

I'd imagine it'd probably be best to use them right away. Seeing as that's unlikely to happen right now, is there anything special I should be doing to store them until I'm ready to use them? I'm thinking it may be about 2 weeks before I'd be able to free up some space for them.
