Just a quick question. All of you out there with brew sheds and what not, how are you regulating your temps?? I was debating putting my fermenting brews in my garage as the buckets and carboys are taking over the kitchen. The problem I see is it can get anywhere from mid to high 60s up to mis 80s in my garage.
Any ideas, insights, or opinions...?
