Can I store my beer at 80 degrees until i'm ready to start force carbonating in a 40 degree fridge?

My plan is to have 2 servicable kegs and 1 or 2 on deck, but the only place to store it in the summer is my house that is at 80 degrees. (Gotta' keep the pipeline full).

It really depends on how long you are talking about holding it there and then how quickly you drink the beer when you do hook it up.

For every 18ish degrees F warmer you store the beer you double staling reactions in your beer. The warmer you store it the faster it goes bad.

I would seek an interior closet that might be a few degrees cooler and also do a search for a swamp cooler.

My brother has a fridge that i can ferment and store during the summer. Prying it out of his hands is another story. :) Thanks for the 18ish degree tip. That helps me put things into perspective.
