Ok, I'm not new to this site but have been away from brewing for a few years. I'm sure i'll have newbie questions as the little knowledge I did have has turned into mush... So thanks in advance!

I'm really not sure. I'm going to go to my lbs on Friday and see what strikes my fancy. I do think I'm going to try a partial mash. I've only done extract brews before. I noticed on their website that they are offering 1 gallon kits so I may pick up a couple of those.
