I was there Sunday and I fully believe the claim on the website:
THE LARGEST COLLECTION OF STONE BEERS
ON TAP IN ONE PLACE AT ONE TIME, EVER!
36 taps, a few casks, many beers aged on oak, most of them in the very high gravity category.
I have been intending to visit my friends Lisa and Ed in San Diego AND go to the Stone World Bistro. So when our friend Tim mentioned this event at Xmas, no more encouragement was needed. The facility is incredible and the beers were fantastic. I think my favorites were the Stone Supercalibelgolistic and the Sublimely Self-Righteous Ale.
The special selections will be on tap there until next Saturday or they run out. The place is worth a visit on any day of the year.
