Long story short, I was in lower Manhattan with an old friend, showing him my adopted city when I came upon a bar that looked cool, so we went in. He got a fine single malt scotch, and as the nice man behind the bar gave me my Stone IPA I spotted an odd bottle in the beer case that looked like a stone beer, but one I've never seen. I asked about it and the nice man handed it to me, without opening it. It was (is) a bottle of Stone 15, Imperial Black IPA. It is bottle conditioned, and the nice man looked away as I placed it in a big pocket after paying for it (don't ask how much).
My question is, should I harvest the yeast... and if so, how...
Edit:
My drunk ass forgot to point out that I want to drink the beer tonight, and all I have is raw sugar and a jar...
