STL n00b (anyone wanna brew?)

Took a tour of the schlafly brewery and was inspired to try to brew my own beer after that. SWMBO is a little woman with a big thirst for beer so i got enough funding to give myself a decent start.

If anyone in STL is doing any kind of brewing I'd appreciate the opportunity to observe and brew with them. I'm open the next two weekends. I'd like to get a little brew experience before joining stlbrews.

There are a few guys around here from STL. Watch out for a couple of them though they can be a rowdy bunch. Welcome to the hobby this is a wealth of information this place is, if you can't find the answer here then it doesn't exist.

Unfortunately I'm busy the next couple weekends. I'm sure you'd get a positive response if you posted on the Brews forum. Members are always brewing and they don't mind company.

The club meets the first Thursday of the month. They just ask for $3 to help cover expenses (snacks, hall rental, etc.). New folks are always welcome!
