Five weeks ago I brewed up the Guinness clone that is in the Recipe section. I followed it to the letter complete with the addition of the sour Guinness. I have to say that this is "me" finest so far. Granted it's easier to hide your sins in a bold tasting stout than it is in a lager but it really does taste great. It's only been in the bottle 2 weeks so the carbonation is good but not great and very little head. Good recipe. (I'm sparging a honey orange hefeweizen as I sit and type this. Good times!

Let me be the first to say hells yea! Can you post your procedure for souring. you've sparked my interest Mr FASTSTAGE1.
