Steeping boil time

I normally brew the AHS kits, but this time I got a can of Edme Wheat and some steeping grains from the local homebrew store. Do I still need to boil for an hour after adding the extract (after steeping)? I'm not adding hops, so I don't know if this makes a difference.

Make sure you keep the water temperature below 170 when you're steeping (155 is a good target).

The Edme Wheat is a pre-hopped no-boil kit? I'd boil at least until you get a hot break, but no need for an hour if that's the case. Maybe 15 minutes?
 
Yup, the Edme kit is pre-hopped. I steeped at 155. I just finished steeping...the usual AHS recipe says to bring it to a boil after that, then turn off the burner, add the extract, and then bring to a boil for an hour.
