Has anyone used steam for their HERMs system? Given the thermal transfer efficiency delta between fluid and steam I'm wondering how steam based HERMs performs compared to the conventional method of Herms coil in HLT.

My reason for musing is as follows:

I'm considering building a 3-1/2 vessel, 15 Gal capacity brewstand: HLT, MLT, BK, and a small dedicated HERMs coil vessel. I started with the idea of a smaller dedicated HERMs Coil "tun" to use less water, possibly only heat with 110v vs 220v, and much faster mash step response compared to 8-12 Gal in HLT. Then I got thinking about modifying a pressure cooker or building my own pressure vessel with a coil in it and using steam and pressure instead of lots of liquid.

Anyway, just wondering if anyone is currently using or has tried steam in their system and how it compares.

And, yes, I'm considering RIMS, too, but HERMs coils make for nice wort chillers and that's one less piece of additional equipment.
