Starting my first brew

Two things:

First, I appreciate your handle. As we all know, the meek shall inherit the earth.
Second, get a bigger boil pot

And when you up size go stainless. You will eventually do that any way. Might as well make the investment during your next upgrade.

Yup, kinda wishing I had a carboy so I could see it. Oh well, I'm just pumped I have something to keep me occupied until the Bruins season starts up.

I just got a glass carbon for this reason. It isn't as exciting to watch as I had hoped. Of course I have not tried a starter yet. That could make things more interesting...

It does offer some degree of reassurance and remove them temptation to peek though.
