So Monday I purchased a fridge with a freezer on top off of craigslist for 40 bucks. Yesterday I bout my keg kit from keg connection. Here is what I got

1 Faucet Fridge Homebrew Kegerator Kit
Taprite Regulator
Ball Lock Disconnects
5' Beer Line
Chrome Tailpiece
Shank Assemblies
4 1/8" Chrome Shank, nut, washer, and clamp
Perlick 630SS
5 LB CO2 Cylinder
Converted Ball Lock Keg

I will be painting the whole fridge black and the freezer door in chalk board paint. I am also trying to figure out a way to make one handle for the doors so the fridge and freezer open at the same time so I am not limited to what tap handles and can put on as I would like to have the tap about 2-4 inches from the top of the door. Any ideas or suggestions for this build I am open for anything. Pictures to follow once I get the kit.

MY KIT SHIPPED TODAY!!!!!! Super stoked I can't wait to get this build going and keg my beer.

I would suggest a stainless steel shank and tail piece to go with the stainless steel faucet

Here is mine, I know that this wasn't a show your own thread, but I do have the limitations on tap height you were concerned about. I spilled a few times before I put the short tap handles back on again.

Pics are fine gives me ideas. Like offset of the taps. I might be able to go a little lower than yours but the shelves in th door may be in the way and dont wan to lose those
